No matter what I do, the PCI System management Bus Drivers
will not load. I remove it from the Device Manager and
windows detects it on startup, but when I go to load it,
it states windows did not find any drivers for the
device. I have tried using the Windows 98 CD and Windows
Update, but no luck. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Get the drivers from your system manufacturer or motherboard manufacturer's
Web site. If this is an Intel-chipset-based motherboard then get the Intel
Chipset Drivers from Intel.
